Intermittent Fasting: How to Best Use it for Fat Loss (5 Things You Need to Know)

At first glance, intermittent fasting for weight loss (and more importantly “fat loss”) seems pretty counter intuitive. The idea of skipping breakfast, consuming zero calories for several hours on end and then feasting within a designated time period goes against much of what’s typically believed to be optimal for fat loss and muscle retention. However, the truth is, intermittent fasting comes with several benefits that makes losing weight much easier to do. And when done properly, intermittent fasting can be a great tool to help you lose fat faster and for good – all without sacrificing tons of muscle mass in the process. In this video I’ll not only go through the various intermittent fasting benefits, but I’ll show you exactly how to do intermittent fasting to see the best results. We’ll cover how to begin fasting, the types of meals you should be eating, what an intermittent fasting diet looks like, whether you should train fasted or not, and so on. Give it a watch for the ultimate intermittent fasting guide! Cheers!

  2. Intermittent fasting works for me and aids in fat loss but was not suggested by my physician due to my acid reflux and gastrointestinal issues. Always need to eat on time either my stomach physically hurts and I get headaches. What do you suggest?

  3. The woebegone february complementarily gaze because motion neuroanatomically amuse midst a sordid dad. like, taboo desk

  4. What is Okibetonic Secrets and how does it work? I hear most people burn their weight with this popular weight loss method.

  5. I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Okibetonic Secrets. But Im not sure if it's good. Have you ever tried this popular lose weight methods?

  6. Never gotten the point of this. Intermittent fasting is simply skipping breakfast, nothing more. And it is a proven fact that people who eat breakfast are thinner than those who skip it.

  7. My dad does this without even knowing it. He is mid 50's and he is ripped, no fat, toned. Goes gym and runs..Rides to work and back (takes 1 hour) after a full day's work plastering walls and ceilings
. He is fit and strong no softness or flab. He doesn't even eat that great…I'm going to try this because unlike my dad I'm unfit, lethargic, soft and lazy. Plus I eat a lot of sugar

  8. I can't believe I found this website. Agoge Diet completely changed the way I look at diets. When I started following their diet plan, I realised that diet isn't something you should be scared of and it can easily fit in your daily routine.

  9. So apparently i have been living like this my entire life without knowing.
In my family we usually don’t eat breakfast and we don’t eat late at night.
people were always surprised by how many things i can eat and the quantity without gaining weight and always envied me for maintaining my weight for my entire life, turned out i was fasting without even knowing. Great info btw and for people wondering this thing really works.

  10. Thanks for this! My life has been transformed by this sort of information. I am turning 65 and for the past 2 years I have combined LOW CARB (Keto) with Intermittent Fasting, lost 82 lbs., came off ALL MEDICATIONS (2 for hypertension, one for high cholesterol and gave up my CPAP for sleep apnea). I am
Loving life! I started my own YouTube channel “Bill C Thompson – Live Healthy, Finish Strong

  11. Intermittent fasting is very effective for diabetes a or people who wants lower the constant insulin peaking & keeping the blood sugar low…. you are not fully understood the true purpose of fasting !!

  12. I am fasting for almost 20 weeks now! I really do see some changes in body…I wasn't fat before cz I used to workout hard in the past but when I started intermitted fasting,I can see that I have become more leaner and can see my muscle definition more clearly…but the thing is I don't workout that much hard R8 now but still loosing weight! It was the best decision of my life!

  13. Is fasting only for weight loss? What if I just want to get the benefits and make it a lifestyle and maintain my weight?

  14. I tried intermittent fasting and I felt pretty good. But I must please advise people not neglect potassium and magnesium. Electrolytes are basically essential as you may experience heart palpitations after a month or more. This happened to me and my bloods came back with low potassium and magnesium. I bought some electrolytes and within a few days the problems subsided. However all other blood results, and there are many, we’re amazing, in my experience.
