  5. well I’m struggling because I’m only burning 1600 – 1800 calories a day. I thought that typically we burn 2000 a day without doing nothing ! Not me. I work out every morning and burn 160 calories in the workout, then eat between 1150 – 1300 calories per day . Apart from Saturday, I’ll have a few drinks and a donut for a treat. I currently work out 4/5 days a week. Hiit mainly . I can’t shift shit !

  7. Guys, losing weight does not need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Okibetonic Secrets. Seriously, that course has changed my entire life. I probably shouldn't even be talking about it because I don't want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.
