  1. I have a weekly cheat day where I eat all day but I eat very clean the other 6 days. I’m wondering if this is unhealthy overtime.

    Im avg weight, and extremely athletic. I eat a lot of veggies and stay well hydrated.

    Am i at risk? Should i lower my sugar intake?

    Btw mg fam has no history of diabetes.
