  1. i'm going to try the facial exercises for two weeks alongside an adjusted diet, moderate exercise, and more water consumption. i will keep this comment updated as i continue. at the end of the 2 weeks, i will let you guys know the results!!

    day 1- no changes face is a bit sore after

    day 2- face a bit sore i don’t see any change

    day 3- no change still or atleast i don’t see any (i’m as well doing more youtube videos of face exercises) i reccomend if you want it to go away quicker

    day 4- still no change that i see

I’m really skinny but my face is fat as hell, as I’ve gotten older my body has stayed skinny but my face just seems to have been the only place that’s gotten fatter, I used to have a somewhat slim face but it seems to be the only place in my body that gains fat and it’s frustrating because if I lose any weight im gonna be dangerously underweight but then my face definition will come back, I can’t win ????????
