  1. I have done Lucy's workout for 5 days now and I can say it works. I have lost a couple inches round the stomach where I carry a lot of my weight and I am now comfortable in t-shirts.   6. I feel like although this is a good workout, it is really hard for asthmatic people… I would slow it down, but it then makes times longer… I'm trying really hard, but I can barely breathe while working out… I got halfway through before almost having an asthma attack

  8. I just finished my first day doing this and I’m pretty happy, I won’t be eating as much as I normally do and I’ll be drinking much more water than I normally do. I actually sweated quite a bit lol ???? I guess I’m just THAT out of shape, hopefully my body looks way different by the time I enter my senior year ????

  10. To everyone trying this, you got this! But remember the lower tummy fat is your organs! Everyone has it and it is normal, it is just where you organs and guts are. Never forget that you are beautiful and are enough <3 I believe in you, you got this!
